This service is available to intermediaries and debtors who are enrolled with the Insolvency Service. The website will allow:

  • Intermediaries to create a new DRO application or search for an existing one they or another intermediary in their office previously created.
  • Debtor's to log in to see their DRO application. A debtor may make changes to and save their application.
  • Users to exchange a selected set of case-related documents with the Insolvency Service.

You need a Username to access the system.

If you already have a Username, you can now access this service by entering your username and allocated password, then clicking on the Logon button.
